Where and When can I See You?
I sublet time in two different offices—on Mondays, I am in Lowell, and on Tuesdays, I am in Chelmsford. I am not available the rest of the week for sessions, although I can be reached by e-mail. My hours are 10am-7pm.
Lowell office:

This is just down the street from Merrimack Community College and across the street from the Lowell Memorial Auditorium. During the day, there is parking behind the building, and after 5 there is often room in front. My office is on the first floor, at the end of the hall, and doesn’t have my name on it.
My Chelmsford practice is at

This is in the doctor's park next to Hannaford's. If you go in the main entrance, and go all the way to the back, you will see a gym on the right. My office is all the way to the left. It has Ellen Ford's name on the door instead of mine, and the office is directly to the left once you go in the entrance.
In order to strike some balance between flexibility and predictability, I allow clients to take appointment times on a first-come, first served basis--meaning that once you have a regular time and schedule, it's yours until you tell me otherwise, and I will fit new people around that time.
Of course, that means when you first come in, you might have to fit in around other peoples' times for awhile. I don't plan to expand the size of the practice, because I want to have the time and energy to do a good job with the people I see. People do get better and decrease session frequency, and then move on, so I get new openings reasonably often. And sometimes I'm not busy, and then it's easy to get and keep a regular time.
For this reason, it's really important that people let me know as early as possible if they can't keep an appointment, so I can offer the time to someone who may be waiting.
